Hello Lovely Alumni,
My name is Stephanie Garcia and I am this year's formal chair. I want you all to know that I am very excited for Founder's Day formal this year. I am also very excited to say that we are able to have formal on April 28th, our founder's day. This year the annual Greek Week Lip Sync falls on April 27th. This will be an exciting weekend for Iota Delta and we invite all to be a part of IOTA DELTA WEEKEND. Please come out and support us and have lots of fun. We are inviting you come to Lip Sync, Friday April 27th at 7:00 P.M then to the Greek Week awards banquet directly following the conclusion of Lip Sync. We also would love you attend Founder's Day formal the following day, April 28th.
The theme for formal this year is J'adore Iota Delta, and it will be held at the Courtyard Marriott in Baldwin Park. I have been working very hard on formal with the help of active sisters and with lots of help from Celina Rosas from the Rho class. Ticket prices this year are $38 a person (I will be sending an actual formal invitation in the near future) and as of now the price for a room at the Courtyard is $105.00 + tax / single or double bed. The price for a room will increase in January so you may want to reserve a room now for either the weekend or formal night. Below I have also given a tentative schedule of the weekend. This weekend would be a wonderful opportunity for all of us as sisters of Iota Delta to have a fun time and celebrate that sisterhood of Iota Delta. It is not very often that our founder's day falls on a formal. This is why I would love if all of you could come out for this weekend to celebrate our 19th year as a local sorority at the University of La Verne. I know this weekend will be filled with tons of Delta love and plenty of . Hopefully I will hear from all of you soon and get to see you all during the Iota Delta Weekend!!!

Tentative Schedule
Friday April 27th
- Check in at the Courtyard Marriott at your convenience
- Lip Sync at 7:00 P.M. location TBA (Please wear your house letters)
- Greek Week awards banquet directly after Lip Sync location TBA
- Go back to the Courtyard Marriott to rest for the next day
- Continental breakfast at 10:00 A.M. provided by the active sisters
- Formal: J'adore Iota Delta at the Courtyard Marriott where we all dance the night away from 6:00P.M. - Midnight!!!
